Following successful careers in the I.T. industry Carol and Ludi de Klerk decided to specialise in providing personnel recruitment services and established Compustaff. It has always been a policy of the company to offer superior services by employing either I.T. experienced individuals or graduates with a Social Sciences background. Thus providing a balanced understanding of both technical knowledge and personality profiles.
At present the senior staff at Compustaff are all I.T. Professionals. Compustaff is a member of both A.P.S.O. and the I.T.A. and fully subscribes to the codes of ethics of both these organisations.
In fulfilling it’s legal responsibilities Compustaff is officially registered with the Department of Labour as a Private Employment Office as well as a Labour Broker.

Financial Stability

Compustaff is committed to the renaissance of Johannesburg’s C.B.D., and as such has purchased its own building. The building is situated on the corner of Loveday and Market Street and is known as Compustaff House.

Geographical Area

Despite the fact that Compustaff is based in Johannesburg, the company successfully provides services to clients and candidates throughout South Africa and Internationally
