Compustaff’s recruitment process is flexible according
to the specific needs of the situation. By virtue of the
company’s reputation and longevity a large number of our
candidates approach us following personal
recommendation. Both print and electronic media are used
for advertising.
A qualified consultant interviews each candidate, with
interviews focussing on both the available position and
the candidate’s personal career aspirations. The
consultant then compiles a candidate report together
with a comprehensive C.V. Candidates are approached for
clearance before their details are sent to any client.
At the request of the client, Compustaff will carry out
any formal checking with regards to credit, criminal,
and qualification details or references. Assistance is
provided where necessary to any candidate in the
negotiation of salary packages.
Contact is maintained with the candidate to ensure
appropriate management of any problems that may occur
during the initial employment phase. Compustaff does not
subscribe to headhunting its candidates once they have
been placed.
